Method
1. Cut the pork kidneys vertically into 3-4MM slices, soak them in clean water, and change the water several times until the water is clear.
2. Fill half a bowl of chicken soup, add fungus and bamboo shoots and simmer, then turn to low heat.
3. Drain the pork kidneys, blanch them twice in boiling water, and blanch them like this the second time.
4. Add baby cabbage, green onions, and ginger to the soup, and add a little pepper.
5. After the soup boils, add the blanched pork kidneys. After the pot boils, add a little seasoning wine, salt, and some minced garlic (green garlic leaves are best).
