Preparation: 750 grams of eel, 15 garlic, 20 grams of rock sugar, 15 milliliters of soy sauce, 1 gram of salt, 30 milliliters of peanut oil, 5 milliliters of vinegar, 5 grams of white sesame.
How to do: clean the eel and cut it into pieces. Garlic peeled and washed spare. The oil in the pot, when the oil is hot, pour into the eel on medium heat and fry until both sides of the golden brown, out of the spare.
