One small piece of ginger
Two slices of shiso
Quarter of a green onion
Two mingha (a type of ginger, for those of you who don't know what it looks like)
Shoyu juice (soy sauce extracted from seaweed or bonito, may be available in imported supermarkets). Sold) Japanese say Tsuyu Discretionary
Practice
1. Remove Japanese silken tofu from the box and gently place in a bowl. (Japanese silken tofu is better eaten raw than frozen)
2. Chop the other ingredients and sprinkle them on top of the tofu
3. Top with tsubu (fish sauce) and you have a beautiful appetizer
