The hammer mill consists of a material-holding slide, a crushing chamber, and a conveyor device. There is a rotor in the crushing chamber, which is composed of a disc and a movable hammer. The screen and tooth plate are also the main working parts of the crusher. During operation, the processed materials enter the crushing chamber from the loading slide and are subject to repeated impact, friction and collision on the tooth plate by the high-speed rotating hammer, and are gradually crushed to the required particle size and leaked through the sieve holes. The leaked feed is sent to the polymer barrel through the conveyor fan and conveyor pipe, and is separated again in the polymer barrel. The powder is discharged from the bottom and bagged, and the air is discharged from the top.
