However, according to my clinical application effect, there are four representative prescriptions: 1, liqijietang originated from Liu Jiaxiang, and it is composed of "The Secret Recipe of China Traditional Chinese Medicine": August Zha12g, Citrus Tangerinae and Fructus Impatientis each 30g, dried toad skin12g, Hedyotis diffusa and Salvia miltiorrhiza each. Usage: daily 1 dose, decocted in water, twice a day. Function: regulating qi, removing blood stasis, relieving swelling and resolving hard mass. Solution: Chinese medicine believes that phlegm and blood stasis, esophageal stenosis and poor qi movement are the syndromes of hiccups. In the prescription, eight-month-tied, orange, costustoot and clove are used to regulate qi and reduce adverse reactions; Tianlong, Nanxing, Banxia, etc. resolve phlegm and soften hard; Venenum Bufonis, Semen Strychni, Herba Hedyotidis Diffusae, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, and Acute Child have the functions of removing blood stasis, dredging collaterals, detoxicating and detumescence, and combined with syndrome differentiation, the products of benefiting qi, nourishing yin, promoting blood circulation and regulating qi have taken both the symptoms and the root causes into consideration, so it has achieved good curative effect on esophageal cancer. Add or subtract: vomit mucus and add Inula, ochre, raw Pinellia ternata, Poria and lapis lazuli; Rhizoma Corydalis, Olibanum, Myrrha, Bulbus Allii Macrostemon and Fructus Trichosanthis are added for chest pain; Fructus Trichosanthis, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and Natrii Sulfas are added for constipation; Bletilla striata, Sanguisorba officinalis and blood are added to occult blood in stool; Resolving phlegm and softening hardness, adding seaweed, kelp and Shā rotto Katakuri; Adding Semen Persicae, Carthami Flos, Eupolyphaga Seu Steleophaga and Hirudo for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis; Clearing away heat and toxic materials, and adding Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis, Herba Salviae Miltiorrhizae, and Rhizoma Coptidis; Radix Codonopsis, Radix Pseudostellariae, Radix Astragali, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Radix Angelicae Sinensis are added for strengthening body resistance and tonifying deficiency; Nourishing yin and promoting fluid production, adding Radix Rehmanniae, Radix Adenophorae and Radix Ophiopogonis. 2. Addition and subtraction: stomach qi goes up: add crimson incense12g, nutmeg 6g, roasted aspongopus 9g, sword bean15g, green tangerine peel 9g and agastache12g; Spitting phlegm, adding 24 grams of Rhizoma Arisaematis, 0/2 grams of Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis/KLOC-,30 grams of chlorite and 30 grams of Radix Isatidis; For chest pain, Rhizoma Corydalis15g, Olibanum and Myrrha 9g each, Radix Curcumae12g, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae 30g and Semen Persicae 9g are added; Bletilla striata12g, Pollen Typhae 9g, Agrimonia pilosa 30g and Nelumbo nucifera node15g are added to hematemesis and hematochezia; For asthenia, Radix Pseudostellariae and Radix Astragali each15g, Atractylodis Rhizoma and Radix Rehmanniae each 9g are added; For the disease of softening and resolving hard mass, add 30 grams of Rhizoma Dioscoreae Septemlobae, 0/2 grams of Rhizoma Dioscoreae Bulbiferae/KLOC-,and 30 grams of seven leaves and one flower. 3. Provenance of the prescription for esophageal cancer: Chen Yanchang, China Contemporary Celebrities of Traditional Chinese Medicine, composed of Leech, Jiangxiangge10g, Jizi15g, Dioscorea bulbifera12g, Tianlong 2, Radix Astragali, Fructus Ligustri Lucidi, Semen Coicis and Poria, 20g each. 20g of kelp, 0g of zedoary15g, 0g of fructus polygoni orientalis10g, 0g of medicated leaven15g, 0g of fructus aurantii10g, and 20g of seaweed. Usage: daily 1 dose, decocted with water, twice a day, * * * ground into fine powder,10 ~15g each time, three times a day, and delivered with warm water. Functions: promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, regulating qi and resolving phlegm, softening and resolving hard mass, detoxifying and resisting cancer. Indications: esophageal cancer. Ps: Hou Shilin used Jiawei Kaiyi Powder to treat esophageal cancer. The stool was blocked, and drinking water was difficult, which repeatedly achieved miraculous results. Medicinal use: realgar 1 g, cinnabar 6 g, Sophora Tonkinensis and Oletum Trogopterori each 12 g, borax 6 g, mirabilite 30-60 g, Belamcanda 12 g, and indigo naturalis 9 g. Apply the medicine * * * and grind it into fine powder. Adjust the water with dog bile (change it to honey, with the same effect), and take it three times. Generally, it takes 1 dose, and it works. After three doses, the diet is as usual. This prescription is a combination of teacher's proven prescription and Kaiqisan in Yi Zong Shuo Yao. It is safe to use this prescription to choke. Solution: The golden plate of Illicium verum in the prescription (namely Illicium verum) has the functions of clearing away heat and toxic materials, resolving phlegm and resolving hard mass, removing blood stasis and reducing swelling, which is the monarch drug of this prescription.
