3 bowls of cold rice
2 slices of udon roe
1 carrot
Sweet green peas Small half bowl
2 eggs
Olive oil, salt in moderation
Method to make fried rice with udon roe ?
Wash and cut the roe into small pieces.
Carrots are washed and diced. Boil with sweet green beans and drain.
Start a frying pan, add the roe into the pan and stir-fry, then add the sweet green beans and carrots and stir-fry for a few minutes, season with a little salt, and then remove from the pan.
Pour more oil into the wok (as much as possible), skim it over the top, then add the cold rice and stir-fry.
Knock the eggs directly into the pan and scramble, stirring constantly, until "the rice is separated and the eggs are still clinging", season with salt.
Pour into the wok and stir-fry the roe, sweet green beans and carrots.
