Temperature limiter:
Also called magnetic steel. It is equipped with a permanent magnetic ring and a spring, which can be pressed and located in the center of the heating plate. When cooking rice, the temperature of the bottom of the pot keeps rising, and the suction of the permanent magnetic ring weakens with the increase of temperature. When the water in the inner pot is evaporated, the temperature of the bottom of the pot reaches 13? 2C, the attractive force of the magnetic ring is less than the elastic force of the spring on it, and the temperature limiter is pushed down by the spring to drive the lever switch to cut off the power supply.

Thermal switch:
Also known as thermostat. It consists of a spring leaf, a pair of normally closed contacts, a pair of normally open contacts and a bimetal. When cooking, the temperature in the pot rises, and the bimetal is bent upward because of the different thermal expansion and contraction rates of the two pieces of metal that make up the bimetal. When the temperature reaches above 8C, the normally open and normally closed contacts are driven by the spring piece under the push of the upward bent bimetal, so as to cut off the power supply of the heating tube and stop heating. When the temperature in the pot drops below 8C, the bimetal gradually cools down and recovers, and the normally open and normally closed contacts are switched again, and the heating pipe is powered on for heating. This is repeated, that is, the heat preservation effect is achieved.

lever switch: this switch is completely mechanical and has a normally open contact. When cooking, press this switch to turn on the power supply to the heating tube, and at the same time supply power to the heating indicator lamp to light it up. When the meal is ready, the temperature limiter bounces down to drive the lever switch to disconnect the contacts. After that, the heating tube is only controlled by the insulation switch.

Fault 2: The heat preservation lamp is on, but the cooking lamp is not on
Reason and maintenance method:
1. The heating plate is not heated, which may be a bad power cord. Check the line;
2. The heating plate is not heated, or the contact of the metal switch may be oxidized by ignition. Use sandpaper or a small file to polish off the oxidized part of the contact;
3. Heat the heating plate, and check the lamp board. If it is broken, just replace it with a new one. .

Fault 3: Cooking uncooked rice
Causes and maintenance methods:
1. The ratio of rice to water is not right, and less water is put in. Adjust the ratio of rice to water and try again.
2. Generally, it is caused by the weakening of the permanent magnetic ring in the temperature limiter. At this time, the temperature limiter of the rice cooker can be disassembled to check whether the magnetic ring is broken and how attractive it is. If the permanent magnetic ring breaks, the temperature limiter of the same model must be replaced; If the suction force decreases, adjust the temperature adjusting screw on the temperature limiter by 1/4 turn each time, and try to cook rice once.
3. There is a foreign object at the joint between the bottom of the pot liner and the heating plate. Clean up the dirty foreign bodies;
4. The pot liner is deformed, or the heating plate is deformed by artificial strong heating after the deformation of the pot liner, so that the pot liner cannot contact with the heating plate. Shaping the pot liner, replacing the pot liner or replacing the heating plate;
5. The magnetic steel has unavoidable suction or poor elasticity. Replace it with new magnetic steel.

Fault 4: Cooking the pot

1.
