Wash the ingredients, green and red bell peppers, remove the stems and cut small sections, put them into the food processor to break them up, or chop them up with a knife, and put them into a bowl and set aside.
Ginger washed, cut into small pieces, and peeled garlic into the processor to smash, pour into the chili bowl standby.
Pour one cup of Lapa beans into the bowl of chili, ginger and garlic, add salt, chicken powder, pepper powder, mix well. Add dry pepper powder, no need to mix.
Pour the oil into a wok and heat it to 90% to 10% (i.e. no bubbles at the bottom of the wok) and pour it into the chili, ginger and garlic bowl, stirring well. Add appropriate amount of sesame oil. Cool and bottle. It can be mixed with noodles and stir-fried vegetables. Can also be eaten with steamed buns.
