I. The origin and development of McDonald's

McDonald's is a familiar name to everyone. The symbol of McDonald's - the golden yellow arch, is a symbol that everyone can not forget, what makes everyone so impressed with it? 01. Origin

Many people think that McDonald's was founded by Ray Kroc. Kolok founded it. But in fact, McDonald's was founded by the McDonald brothers, and it was Ray Kroc who made it famous. Kolok made it famous and expanded it to the rest of the world. (Note 1) In 1948, the McDonald brothers founded the first fast-food restaurant. In 1928, McDonald Jr. graduated from high school and went to California to join his older brother, McDonald Jr. because he couldn't find a job. The two brothers started out as hot dog vendors and eventually transformed into a chain of fast food restaurants selling fries and burgers. 02. Development

A. Founders

In 1954, McDonald's founder Ray Kirk met McDonald's founder Ray Kirk. Kolok first met the McDonald brothers. Since the McDonald brothers were unable to expand the McDonald's business, Ray Kroc joined them when their business became successful. Kolok joined them. (Note 3)

B. Establishment of the first McDonald's

In 1955, Ray Kroc became the founder of McDonald's. The first McDonald's was founded in 1935, and the first McDonald's was opened in 1948. Kroc became the first McDonald's franchisee. Kroc was a man of great ambition and aspiration. He came from a Chicago wholesaler, and he was so optimistic about the future of McDonald's that he partnered with the McDonald's brothers to establish the first franchise chain. (Note 4)

C. Transfer of Business Rights

In 1961 A.D., Ray? Kolok purchased the trademark rights from McDonald's Brothers to operate the McDonald's restaurant business. He was bold and adventurous, and at the height of the McDonald's downturn, Kroc bought the rights to the McDonald's trademark for $2 million, and operated the McDonald's with a technological management style. (Note 5)

D. Stock listing

In 1965, McDonald's stock was officially listed. Because of the success of the McDonald's business, the delicious burgers under the golden arches and friendly service, captured the hearts of many customers, McDonald's in people's hearts and minds to occupy a place, the stock is officially listed. (Note 6)

E. Multinational Enterprises Begin to Emerge

In 1967, the first McDonald's outside of the United States was established in Canada. "The success of McDonald's is mainly due to the three "S's" and "Q, S, C, and V". In terms of business management, the "Three S's", namely "simplification", "standardization", and "specialization", is McDonald's business philosophy. In terms of business philosophy, McDonald's focuses on Q, S, C, V, which means quality, service, cleanliness, and good value for money. (Note 7)

F. Growth of a Multinational Enterprise

Because of the 3S and Q, S, C, V, McDonald's had 5,000 outlets around the world in 1978, and the number of McDonald's around the world increased to more than 10,000 outlets in 1988, in a short period of ten years, McDonald's expanded to the world at an astonishing speed, and on average, there is a McDonald's every three hours in the birth of the world. Every three hours, on average, a McDonald's is born around the world. Until now, McDonald's fast food outlets have spread all over the world, and the number is still increasing
