How to stir-fry cabbage with dried clams?
Soak dried clams in warm water in advance and wash the sediment. In fact, it is mainly to wash the sediment, and the problem of low foaming degree is not big. Wash Chinese cabbage and cut into sections.
Stir-fry a small amount of Jiang Mo chopped green onion with oil, stir-fry dried clams with water, and cook cooking wine (white wine is also acceptable).
