Eggs with water to clean the shell, careful not to wash rotten oh.

Add water to the pot to cover the eggs.

Prepare the spices.

Slice the ginger and cut the chili pepper into small pieces. (You can leave them out if you don't like spicy flavor)

Pour the spices into the pot.

Add soy sauce.

Stir a few times and cook over medium-low heat.

After two or three minutes, the egg whites will solidify, crack the shells with the back of a spoon to make them more flavorful.

Cook for five minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for a while. The just-boiled eggs are not salty, and marinating them overnight makes them flavorful.
