How to make minced chicken and mushroom soup:
1. Beat the chicken into minced meat;
2. Add salt, egg liquid and cornstarch to the minced chicken to make a paste. Shape into balls;
3. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, blanch them in water and remove them for later use;
4. Pour water into the pot and blanch the chicken minced meat to shape;
5. Add butter to the pot. After melting, add green onion, ginger and onion rings and stir-fry until fragrant. Pour in minced chicken and stir-fry;

How to make chicken stewed with mushrooms
Chop one white chicken into inch-sized pieces and set aside. Appropriate amount of wide vermicelli. Mushrooms (remove the pine mushrooms, soak and break apart, remove the zhen mushrooms) and set aside. Two ounces of soybean oil, one ounce of soy sauce, a little peppercorns, and an appropriate amount of salt.
