This time I add a spoonful of matcha powder to the milk powder, you can leave it out if you don't like it.
Pour vegetable oil into a non-stick sauté pan over low heat, using canola oil, which has no special odor.
After the oil is hot, pour in the marshmallows and slowly stir over low heat until they melt.
After the marshmallows are melted, add the milk powder and continue to stir over low heat until well blended, then remove from heat.
Pour in the crushed candied plums and chopped almonds and stir vigorously until the sugar doesn't stick to your hands, then you can put it into the mold.
Non-stick baking sheet, easy to use, you can also use a regular baking sheet. Roll out on greaseproof paper and allow to cool.
After cooling, refrigerate for a while to release the mold and cut into pieces.
Wrap in sugar paper.
