2. Picking and quick-freezing method: clean the picked Toona sinensis, pickle it according to the ratio of Toona sinensis and salt 10: 1, turn it over 1 time after 3h, marinate for 3h, take it out, immediately put it in a fresh-keeping bag, tie it in the mouth, and quickly freeze it in the freezer to make the refrigerator return to normal operation and can be stored.
3. Water blanching method for storing Toona sinensis: put the harvested Toona sinensis directly into hot water at about 70℃ without cleaning, and blanch evenly. The amount of hot water should be completely submerged in Toona sinensis. In the blanching process, Toona sinensis should be quickly turned over to make it evenly heated and slightly green. Take it out quickly and put it in cold water to cool it in time. Then take out and drain the water, spread it out to dry the water and heat the surface, then pack it, use 0.25kg/ fresh-keeping bag, tie it tightly and seal it, and put it in the freezer to store the Toona sinensis for the next year.
4. Toona sinensis pickling storage method: This is the oldest storage method of Toona sinensis in rural areas, and it is also a traditional processing method, which is most suitable for farmers without refrigerator conditions. Rinse fresh Toona sinensis with water, air dry, and add 20kg of salt per 100kg of Toona sinensis, that is, the mass ratio of Toona sinensis to salt is 5: 1. Put the salt and Toona sinensis evenly in layers into the tank, one layer of salt and one layer of Toona sinensis, and the thickness of each layer of Toona sinensis is about 10cm until the tank is full.
