Check Biscuits - Method ---
Ingredients:
150g butter, 140g sugar, 300g flour, one egg, 1/4 cup chopped almonds, One and a half tablespoons of cocoa powder, one and a half tablespoons of flour
Half and one tablespoon of milk
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius

4. Add eggs to butter and beat slightly (manual egg beater)
5. Add 300g flour to butter in two batches, first use manual egg beater Mix well, then knead evenly into a dough
6. Cut the dough into two parts, add cocoa powder to one part and flour to one part, and knead them separately
7. Roll out 1/4 of the portion into a 1/4cm thick rectangle, and roll the remaining portion into a 3/4cm thick rectangle. Place it in the freezer of the refrigerator to cool slightly, about 30 minutes
