Sautéed Tofu, Home Style
Ingredients: old tofu, fungus, green pepper, red pepper, garlic cloves, bean paste, starch water.
Seasoning: salt, salad oil, sugar, soy sauce and pepper.
Step 1: First, add auricularia auricula into clear water to soak the hair, then clean it and tear it into small pieces. Clean the green pepper and cut into pieces, and mince the garlic. Step 2: Add oil to the hot pot, change the tofu into thin pieces, put them in the pot, and fry them on both sides with low and medium fire.
Step 3: Add base oil to the pan, add a spoonful of bean paste and stir-fry red oil, pour in minced garlic, green pepper and fungus and stir-fry until it breaks, pour in fried tofu, add appropriate amount of salt, sugar and soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, and then add a little water.
Step 4: stew for about three minutes, pour in a little starch water to thicken, and finally sprinkle with a proper amount of pepper, and collect the juice over high fire.
