Ingredients: ribs (washed and blanched), vermicelli and Chinese cabbage (washed and diced)

Put the cooked ribs in a pressure cooker and add 2 tablespoons cooking wine.

Add some water.

Then cover the pot and cook for 10 minutes on medium and small fire, then turn off the fire.

Stew until there is no air, then open the lid.

Then, add the chopped Chinese cabbage and stir it with the vermicelli until it boils.

Finally, add 1.5 spoon of salt.

Add 0.5 spoon of monosodium glutamate.

Season and stir well. Serve.
