Step 1: Turn the turtle's belly toward the sky, and cut it off with a knife along the point where the turtle's belly joins the turtle's back (where there are no bones connecting it).
Step 2: Grasp the seam, which is shown in the picture below!
Step 3: Cut down along the top, all the way to the tail.
Step 4: Cut from the tail to the other side.
Step 5: Move the snapper out of the way and cut it in half.
Step 6: Remove the guts.
Step 7: Cut the tail open.
Step 8: Cut the head and neck open with scissors and remove the teeth.
Step 9: Cut the stomach open (choose a pair of hard scissors)
Step 10: Soak the turtle in boiling water to remove the skin
