Reading: rangdoufu is brewed here to read the fourth sound of rang, which is homophonic with (rang), as evidenced by the fact that both vernacular (usually called Cantonese is actually wrong) and Hakka are brewed with the same sound as rang. In another talent show in which Degang Guo participated, a child reported the menu, and he also corrected that it was pronounced rang (rang) here.
