(1) Materials:
half of the old hen, monkey head mushrooms, appropriate amount of Huai Shan, Chinese wolfberries, Codonopsis, Astragalus
(2) Practice:
1. Wash the monkey head mushrooms in hot water to soak fully.
2. Add half of the old hen and the above herbs into the pot.
3. Add water to boil and simmer for 2 hours with salt to taste.
