Steamed pork (also called noodle meat) is one of the traditional dishes of Han nationality, which is widely popular in southern China (Jiangxi, Sichuan, southern Shaanxi, Anhui, Hubei, Hunan, Zhejiang, Fujian and other places). It is made of pork belly with skin, rice flour and other seasonings. The first step in making steamed pork with rice flour is to grind the rice flour, fry it, and then crush it. Ingredients: pork belly with skin, rice flour, peas, ginger and onion.

8. Boil the water in the steamer, put it in the steamer bowl and cover the lid. Steamed pork must be in place when it is delicious, and steamed slowly on low heat 1 hour.
