Add 30 grams of corn starch, and talk about calories without measurement. It's simply hooliganism. Finally, add monascus powder that can make your chicken breast fake, not too much. About 5 grams can turn this meat paste into a beautiful pink. You don't need to add what you don't have.
After the meat is stirred evenly, it is transferred to a heat-resistant fresh-keeping box. Remember to pad the oil paper in advance and put the meat in.
Press tightly and steam for more than 30 minutes.
The meat is thick and needs to be steamed for a long time to be cooked thoroughly.

Just follow the usual practice when eating lunch meat. It's not very firewood, but what you want is not firewood at all. This method cannot be done.

Ps: You can change the chicken breast into pork if necessary. If it's delicious, it's best to add some pork belly, which is better with fat and thin. In addition, if you want to be soft and crisp like those sold outside, you can add1~ 2g baking soda.
