How to make yakubai
Step 1
Put a pot of boiling water, add the ginger slices, and put the whole piece of meat in the water and cook it until it is matured, and then pull it out. Rub a layer of dark soy sauce on the skin of the meat while it is still hot and let it dry.
Step 2
Heat a wok, pour in some cooking oil, and fry the meat skin downward until it turns brownish red.

Put the slices into a bowl, pour in a small amount of soy sauce, add some chicken essence and mix well. (This is to even out the color)

Put the sprouts into a small bowl after arranging them neatly

Wash the sprouts several times and squeeze out the water, and put them into the pan to stir-fry them a little, you can add a few peppercorns, five-spice powder, and grated ginger in moderation.
Step 6
Cover the top of the just yards of pork, into the steamer, medium-low heat steaming 1 - 1.5 hours. (About 20 minutes for pressure cooker)
