Main ingredients: noodles, lean meat, 3 auxiliary materials: Li Hai, 3 mushrooms, 6 onions and 4 rapeseed.
The superficial approach:
1. Shred lean meat, wash jellyfish and rape (each leaf is separated), soak dried mushrooms in warm water 10 minute, then shred, cut shallots into minced scallions, and chop scallions; 2. Put half a bowl of oil in the pot, add chopped green onion after the oil is hot, stir-fry for a few seconds, pour out half the oil for use, leave half the oil in the pot, pour in shredded pork, stir-fry shredded mushrooms, and add a little salt;
3. After the shredded pork is cooked, add jellyfish and add three small bowls of water;
4. After the water is boiled, put the noodles directly. The amount of water almost drowned the noodles. Cover the pot and simmer for a while. When the lower noodles are almost cooked, add rapeseed, turn the noodles over and continue to simmer for a while;
5. When all the noodles are almost cooked, you can take out the extra soup from the pot with a spoon (otherwise it will become noodle soup);
6. Add salt chicken essence to the pot and sprinkle with chopped green onion. The last procedure is very important. Pour in the freshly fried oil, stir the noodles and these seasonings evenly in the pot with chopsticks, and then take them out.
