24 large chestnuts
120g all-purpose flour
120g low-gluten flour

A small spoonful of yeast
How to make chestnut steamed buns?
Peel the chestnuts and steam them until they are cooked and soft and let them cool. Crush half of it into puree and set aside the other half.
Activate the yeast with warm water. Mix the flour and add the chestnut puree, stir in a small spoonful of sugar, mix in the yeast and knead it into a three-gloss dough. Wake up.
Knead for 3 minutes after it has doubled in size. The main purpose is to knead out excess air and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into 12 pieces, wrap a chestnut in each piece, and place it on the steamer to rest for 20 minutes.
Steam over high heat for about 20 minutes until cooked.
