How to Eat Breaded and Crab
When eating breaded crab, you need to cut off the crab claws and eight legs and put them aside until the end. It's easier to eat the crab claws and legs at the end because the meat in the cold crab claws will automatically separate from the shell and it's easy to poke out the crab meat or just suck it out with a thin stick.
Breaded crabs are usually eaten with the crab roe first. After removing the crab cover at the navel and scooping out part of the crab stomach, they can suck on the crab yolk wrapped around the outside. After that, they eat the crab yolk and crab paste on the crab. You can pour a bit of vinegar on it for better flavor.
Finally you can eat the crab legs, feet and claws. You can use scissors to cut the crab legs and claws into 2 ~ 3 sections. The thinner end with crab toes can be used to pick out the meat in the middle of the crab leg, and the thicker end can poke out the topmost meat of the crab leg. Crab claws can be cut directly and eaten with a spoon.
