How to marinate beef for shabu-shabu:
Materials: Beef tenderloin or beef stick, 1 egg white, salt, pepper, sesame oil, and beer
Practice: You can use snowflake beef, or any other tender beef, remove the sinews and thinly slice the beef against the grain.
Put the sliced beef into a bowl, add the beer and mix well, it doesn't matter if it's more, the beef will absorb it, then add salt, pepper and sesame oil and mix well.
Then beat in the egg white, a little starch (corn starch, pea starch can be), mix well batter
Mixed beef covered with plastic wrap into the refrigerator to refrigerate, eat when the plate can be.
When shabu-shabu the beef, scald it in the pot until it changes color, and then pull it out, about 30 to 40 seconds before serving.
