2. Add 1 spoon oil consumption, 1 spoon soy sauce and 1 spoon salt. A little onion, shredded ginger and celery are marinated together for about 30 minutes. If you don't like celery, you can add it without or in small quantities. Celery can dilute the taste of garlic.
