Enoki mushrooms can be used for fried rice.
Ingredients: a small bowl of rice, 50g of enoki mushrooms, one egg, a dozen wolfberries
How to make enoki mushroom and egg fried rice:
1. Beat in the eggs Stir in a bowl, cut the enoki mushrooms into sections, wash the wolfberry and set aside
2. Pour oil into the pot, wait until the oil is hot, pour in the eggs and fry them, then pour in the cut enoki mushrooms and stir-fry
3. When the enoki mushrooms are ripe, pour the rice and wolfberry into the pot and stir-fry. When it is almost cooked, add salt and stir-fry for a few times before taking it out of the pot!
