Treatment method:
1. Wash the egg skin with water.
2. Make a hole in the side of the small egg head, pour out the egg liquid, add salt and stir well.
3. Trim the eggshell into a nice round shape with scissors (convenient for filling eggs).
4. Put a mold on the steamer to fix the eggshell, and pour the egg liquid to eight minutes and put it into the mold.
5. After steaming in the pot, turn off the cold water to the minimum fire and steam for 20 minutes.
6. Steamed real eggs are shelled and cooked.
