Secondly, after washing rice, the ratio of rice to water is 1: 1.5, and this ratio should be mastered well. Basically, after the rice is put into a rice cooker, the height of the water is less than the thickness of an adult's palm, and the rice is soaked for about 20 minutes, so that the rice can fully absorb water.
