2. Reinforcement
① Reinforcement shall have factory quality certificate and test report, and samples shall be taken for mechanical performance test according to relevant standards.
② mechanical performance test, chemical analysis report and weldability test report should be provided for imported steel bars.
(3) The steel bars processed centrally should have the factory certificate issued by the processing unit, and the copy (copy) of the steel bar factory qualification certificate and the steel bar test sheet.
(4) high-strength steel wires and steel hinge wires used in prestressed concrete shall be recorded in appearance inspection batch by batch, and mechanical performance tests shall be conducted by sampling according to relevant regulations.

3. Steel fittings used in steel structures

② The manufacturing unit shall submit the following technical documents when the steel structures leave the factory.

8. Waterproof material

(3) The performance of new waterproof materials must meet the design requirements, with product appraisal, production license, ex-factory certificate, quality standards and construction technology requirements, and sampling re-inspection records.
9. Anti-corrosion, insulation and thermal insulation materials shall have factory quality certificates indicating the product quality indicators and service performance.

No matter whether bagged quicklime or bulk quicklime comes into the site, it should be sampled in batches to test the calcium oxide and magnesium oxide content of lime.
11. Fly ash, lime gravel and lime soil
① When each batch of fly ash and lime gravel mixture enters the site, the manufacturer shall provide the construction unit with the ex-factory qualification certificate. If the feeding period exceeds 1 days, the manufacturer shall provide the ex-factory qualification certificate every 1 days.
② The road mix should have the following test data.
A, the measured value of the mixture ratio of fly ash and gravel (content of fly ash and lime).

12. Asphalt mixture

14. Complete sets of equipment for plant and station projects must be accompanied by complete documents, including packing list product qualification certificate, instructions for equipment installation and use, etc. When necessary, require disassembly inspection and make detailed records.
15. All kinds of thermal insulation materials and products should have product certificates and material performance test records, and their types, specifications and performance should meet the design requirements.
16. Inspection data of prestressed concrete equipment
① There should be ex-factory qualification certificates and hardness test records of prestressed anchor heads, clips and top plugs.
