How to fry taro?
Wash taro, peel, slice/dice. If it is cut thin enough, it will be fried into potato chips.
Soak the sliced taro in salt water 10 minute.
The ratio of flour to starch is 1: 1, depending on how much you want to fry.
Beat the eggs and mix well. You can add some water, not too much!
Fry the taro slices in the oil pan until they are nearly done.
Pick it up, dip it in the egg mixture evenly, and then fry it until golden brown.
