Dongying Vocative College of Science & Technology is a full-time private higher vocational college approved by the Shandong Provincial People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education.
The college was formerly known as Dawang Staff Technical School, which was founded in 1985. 1990, renamed Guangrao Adult Secondary Vocational School; In 2002, it was upgraded to Shandong Dawang Vocational College; On July 20 12, Guangrao Vocational Secondary School was established, and the middle and higher vocational schools were integrated with Shandong Dawang Vocational College. On April 20 14, it was renamed Dongying Vocational College of Science and Technology.

Historical evolution:
1985 spring, dawang worker technical school was established; 1990, which met the requirements of running a national county-level adult secondary school and was renamed Guangrao Adult Secondary School; 1995, Guangrao County Establishment Office listed the school as a formal institution;
