Ingredients: ribs 300g, a piece of gelatin, ginger slices, salt, green onions, a small amount of Cordyceps sinensis and carrots.
Practice: 1. Cut the soaked glue into pieces for use. 2. Drain the ribs. 3. Add ginger slices to the ribs, stew them in a casserole for two hours, then add chopped carrots, gelatin and cordyceps, and continue stewing for another hour until the ribs are soft and rotten.
Exercise 2
Ingredients: Ejiao 15g, pork ribs 50g, red dates 9g, longan 3g, and ginger 2 pieces.
Practice: 1. The rubber tube is soaked in advance and cut off. 2. Wash the ribs and let them fly. 3. Put all the ingredients into the pot, add water and simmer for about 2 hours to taste.

Ingredients: ribs 300g, gelatin 50g, Dendrobium candidum, ginger slices, salt, onion and star anise.
Practice: 1. Cut the soaked glue into small pieces. Cook with star anise, ginger slices and onion segments. Boil. Let it cool naturally. 2. Soak the ribs in clear water twice more, and pour out the blood. 3. Put the ribs, boiled donkey-hide gelatin and Dendrobium into the pot. Pour in water, add some salt and ginger slices, and start to make soup. 4. Cook until the ribs are soft and rotten.
Exercise 4
Ingredients: 4 ginseng, 8 floret gum, 500g spareribs, and proper amount of salt.
Practice: 1. Ginseng is soaked in advance and cut into pieces. 2. Wash the floret gum with clear water and soak it in clear water until the floret gum becomes soft. 3. Cut the ribs into pieces and wash them.
Put the pot in cold water, boil it and drain the blood. Take out and drain. 4. Boil water in casserole and serve ribs.
Bring the fire to a boil, and turn it down 1.5 hours.
5. Turn the fire and add glue and ginseng. 6. Bring the fire to a boil, and turn to low heat for about half an hour.
Season with salt. Turn off the fire and serve.
Exercise 5
Ingredients: sparerib 100g, ginger 3g, one sweet corn, floret gum 100g, a little ginger, two or three candied dates and a little yaozhu.
Practice: 1. Chop the ribs, dice the corn, and slice the ginger into a pot for later use. 2. Put all the chewing gum, candied dates, scallops, etc. Soak in the soup pot in advance. Bring boiling water to a large fire and remove the floating powder. Turn the heat down and simmer. When the soup turns white, turn off the heat and take it out.
