Mix 200 grams of rice flour, 100 grams of glutinous rice flour, about 80 grams of sugar water (add ingredients need to add slowly, do not pour sugar water all at once, this is very critical).
Then use your hands to rub for a while, until it is a bit hard and sticky.
Sift the powder through a sieve (it will be very fine).
Line a steamer basket with steamer paper and place the mold on top. Pour in the sifted flour.
Pour it until halfway, sandwich the dates in the center, and then spread the powder all the way up. Then put red dates, red and green shreds, fat meat dices, cinnamon and so on.
Steam on the steamer for about 10 minutes (about 15 minutes for large, 7-8 minutes for small is enough).
