Nestle Light Cream Whipping Tips
1)Prepare ice cubes.
2)Pour the light cream into a whipping bowl.
3)Place the basin over the ice.
4)Tilt the bowl because the amount of whipped cream is a little less than the bowl.
5)Beat with a whisk on medium speed. Add the cherry wine and 20g of sugar.
6)After beating for a while, the volume of light cream starts to increase. Add the remaining 20g of sugar.
7)Turn to high speed and beat.
