2. Massage slightly under the armpit from the elbow for about 15 seconds. Don't touch it back and forth. The left and right sides are the same.
3. Gently touch from the middle of the clavicle to the armpit for about 10 seconds. Stay under the armpit and knead the muscles under the armpit repeatedly.
4. Massage forcefully from the armpit along the outermost side of the lower line of the bust to the upper middle of the breast with the palm of your hand for about 10 second, with the same sides.
5. Push up and massage both sides of the chest rhythmically for 15 seconds, then hold the chest with your hand and massage back and forth for about 10 seconds.
6. Gently touch the center of the clavicle with your fingers from the protruding part of the chest, and massage evenly with alternating hands for about 30 seconds.
7. Gently push and pull with your fingers from the depression in the middle of the double peaks to the protrusion in the middle of the chest for about 10 second.
8. Press the acupoints in the middle of the two peaks and the nipples at the same height twice to complete the chest massage.
