Steps

1. Pick the roots of cowpeas, clean them well, and slice them into 2-cm long pieces.

2. Place in a dish and set aside.

3. Prepare chopped green onion, minced garlic, sliced meat and shredded potatoes. (Don't cut the shredded potato too thin).
