Snails do need water, but they don't need to be fed water on purpose.
Snails are omnivores. Young snails are mostly carrion feeders, feeding on decaying plants; adult snails are generally green plant-based, eating a variety of plants, roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits, etc., especially the young shoots of plants and succulent plants, but also a variety of wastepaper, pig manure, plant residues and so on.
Feeding
For 1 month old young snails, you should feed some fresh leaves, concentrate feed with boiling water to soften the stick in the leaves, fed once a day, the optimal temperature should be controlled at 25 ℃ ~ 30 ℃, the temperature difference between day and night should not be too big, do not spray the young snails when spraying water directly.
Growing snails in addition to the green material, to throw more concentrate, and add trace elements and additives. The daily feeding amount is 7% to 10% of the snail's body weight. The feed should be put into the food shelf or food bowl in order to clean up the residue. Stocking density increases with individual from dense to sparse, 400 to 200 per square meter.
