Methods/Steps
1. Prepare a proper amount of flour, and pour it into the noodle bowl.
2. Add cold water to the bowl, stirring with chopsticks as you add the water, until the mixture becomes flocculent.
3. Take an egg, break it directly, pour it into the noodle bowl and add a little salt. This will make the noodles al dente.
4. Knead the flour with your hands repeatedly to form a ball. Since it is sticky, add the right amount of flour while mixing the noodles.
5. Take out the dough, place it on a board, and roll it out with a rolling pin to form a disk.
6. Then, sprinkle appropriate amount of flour on the surface, make one fold, sprinkle appropriate amount of flour again, and make another fold. The flour is sprinkled to prevent the noodles from sticking.
7. Next, using a knife, cut the crust to the right width.
8. Finally, use your hands to slowly stretch the noodles, pulling them down to a width and thickness that suits you, sprinkling them with flour to prevent sticking. Get ready to cook the noodles in the pot!
