Materials prepared in advance: ribs 290g, wax gourd 180g, 3 pieces of dried hawthorn, a little cooking wine, a little salt and a little pepper.
1. Step 1: Wash the prepared wax gourd, slice it with a knife, and slice the ribs for later use, as shown below.
