Ingredients
400g of beef, 200g of fatty pork, 1 green onion, 1 small piece of ginger, 1 cup of water, 200g of chives, A. 3/2 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of monosodium glutamate (MSG), 1 tsp of sugar, B. 3/2 tbsp of white rice powder, 1 tsp of white pepper, 1 tbsp of sesame oil
Methods
1. water together in a juicer for about 20 seconds to make onion-ginger juice and set aside.
2. Chop the leeks; mince the beef with the fat pork and set aside.
3. Take a mixing bowl, put the minced meat of method 2 into the bowl and wrestle until sticky, then add the seasoning A together in the same direction and mix thoroughly and evenly.
4. Take the green onion and ginger juice from Method 1, divide it into 3 equal portions, and add it to the ground meat of Method 3, and note that you have to keep stirring every time you add it, so that the ground meat can completely absorb the green onion and ginger juice.
5. When the sauce is added to the onion and ginger of Method 4, then add Seasoning B and the chives of Method 2, and mix together until well blended.
