Ingredients
An appropriate amount of salt (I use Himalayan salt)
Butter cut into cubes
An appropriate amount of cracked black pepper
Step 1
Wash it clean and put it on the steamer
Step 2
Sprinkle a little salt on the surface. I use Himalayan pink salt and grind it. It will be easier to control the volume. There is also crushed black pepper. It depends on personal preference. I forgot to add the vanilla. It should be more fragrant if I add it.
Step 3
Steam over high heat for 5-7 minutes is enough! There will be a lot of water after cooking, so pour it out slowly and squeeze the water. Don't press it too dry. A little juice will taste better.
Step 4
Put the baking sheet in after pressing the water. Cut the butter into small pieces for the bottom and put small pieces of butter on the surface.
Step 5
Here comes the point! Sprinkle as much mozzarella cheese as you want on the surface hahaha
Step 6
Preheat the oven. Ten minutes after finishing at 180 degrees is enough
Step 7
If you want to finish painting at 200 degrees, it should be done within five minutes
Step 8
< p>Hey hey it’s ready! I didn't paint 180° directly. It really smells so goodTips
Remember to control the water otherwise it will be too wet, but not too dry! Because it’s hard to eat without juice
