Ingredients: gin 1.5 oz, 5 drops of dried vermouth.
Method: Mix with ice and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with olive and lemon peel. If the decoration is changed to "pearl onion". Dry martinis become Gibson.
2. Dry Manhattan
Ingredients: rye whisky 1 oz, dry vermouth 2/3 oz, angostra bitter essence 1 drop.
Method: Add ice cubes into a mixing glass, pour the above wine ingredients, stir well, strain into a cocktail glass, and decorate with cherries.
3. Whisky Sour
Ingredients: whisky 1.5 oz, lemon juice 1/2 oz, sugar 1 spoon.
Method: Mix the above materials with ice, filter them into a highball glass, fill them with iced soda water, twist a lemon peel on the wine surface, and decorate with a lemon slice and a red cherry.
