Marinated Chinese sausage 250g noodle threads 3 cloves minced garlic (or red onion) Chai fish fillet 1 handful of Chai fish stock powder moderate amount of water moderate amount of spicy salsa moderate amount of cilantro moderate amount of minced garlic 2 cloves amount of tai bai powder moderate amount of dark soy sauce (dark soy sauce) a little soy sauce 2 tbsp fruit vinegar 1 tbsp (or black vinegar) 1 tbsp chicken broth powder 1 tsp sea salt 1/2 tsp granulated sugar 1.5 tbsp ground white pepper 1/2 tsp sesame oil A few drops of sesame oil

Wash and cut cilantro, take 2 cloves of garlic and grind it into garlic paste, slice Chinese sausage into small pieces, and prepare spicy salsa sauce

Another 3 cloves of garlic should be finely chopped, and fry the minced garlic in a pan of boiling oil until it becomes golden brown

Pour water and Chai Fish Bouillon Powder and cook for 5 mins, then add the slices of fish and the seasonings. Seasonings and cook for 5 minutes
