Common ways to fry a steak?
First, French Steak

Ingredients:

3 steaks (each the size of the palm of your hand), 3 scallions 3 (sliced, it's a small red onion so be careful when punching holes in it), baby mushrooms (10 ounces), 1/2 cup of white wine, 1 tablespoon of butter1, 1 tablespoon of parsley, salt, and a pinch of pepper.

Exercises:

1. Melt the butter on a cast-iron grill and sear the steak over high heat. Many of my domestic friends can't stand steaks that are too tender, so you can turn off the heat and sear them until they're 5-8 percent done. However, if the temperature is high when the steak comes out of the pan, you can lock in the juices and sear the steak until the surface is browned, then plate it and set it aside.

2. Then pour the onions into the pan and stir-fry, then stir-fry the mushrooms. Then pour in the white wine, stir well and turn up the heat until the mushrooms are cooked through. Add the chopped parsley, a pinch of salt and pepper and serve.

3. Pour the cooked mushroom sauce over each steak.

Second, Fresh Curry Steak

Ingredients:

4 slices of steak, 1 potato, 1 small carrot, 5 tablespoons of water; ? tablespoon of wine, 3 tablespoons of curry powder, ? teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 cup of water.

Exercises:

1. Wash the steak, cut it into small pieces from the center of the bone, add the seasoning, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

2. Fry both sides in a pan with a little oil.

3. Dice the onion, peel the potatoes and carrots and cut into pieces. Sauté the onions in 2 tablespoons of oil, then add the curry powder and sauté, then add the carrots and potatoes and the rest of the ingredients for the seasoning and bring to a boil.

4. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, then stir in the steak. When the soup is dry and thick, turn off the heat and serve.
