150g of plain flour, two bananas, one egg and 100ml of plain milk (water).
1. Two bananas are enough this time. Peel the bananas first, then cut them into thick slices with a knife.
2. Put the sliced bananas into a bowl, crack an egg into it, and then go to the Mountain of Flowers and Fruits to borrow the Monkey King's golden rod to mash the bananas.
3. After the bananas are mashed, pour in 100ml of pure milk or water, then 150g of plain flour, and stir with chopsticks to form a banana batter.
4. Prepare an electric cake pan or a pan. Put 1 tablespoon of banana batter directly on the pan without oil, and use the bottom lid of a cake mold to spread the banana batter. The thinner you spread it, the better.
5. Fry for 15 seconds, turn over and fry for another 10 seconds.
6. These banana cakes are thin, transparent, soft, flavorful and easy to make. You can make dozens of cakes at a time, enough for a day's breakfast for the whole family.
