1 small piece of ginger
2 green onions
1 round lettuce

2 tbsp corn oil

Arctic scallop cut in half do not cut off, clean the dirt in the viscera.

Mince garlic and ginger.

Shredded green onions.

Wash the lettuce.

Boil the water, boil the Arctic Shells quickly in batches for 5 seconds and drain. (Don't boil for more than 10 seconds or you'll have to eat the rubber.)

Boil the lettuce in the water with 1 tsp. of salt and a little oil.

Drain the lettuce and lay it on the bottom of a plate.

Heat another frying pan and sauté the garlic and ginger paste.

Put in the soy sauce and sugar and bring to a boil, turn off the heat, add the shredded green onion and mix well.

Pour the sauce into the blanched Arctic shells, add the sesame oil and mix well.

Spread the Arctic Shells on top of the lettuce and you're done.
