Practice:
1, prepare Chinese cabbage, anchovies and garlic.
2. Wash the Pleurotus ostreatus with black cabbage, tear the Pleurotus ostreatus into strips by hand, cut the cabbage into strips, and slice the garlic.
3. Take a wok and pour oil in the wok. When the oil is hot, add garlic and anchovies and stir-fry for fragrance.
4. Then stir-fry the black cabbage.
